About Us
We are two brothers that grew up in St. Louis, MO, and lived in Spanish Lake in the ‘60s. Our family moved to Eureka in the ’70s and then to Kirkwood in the ’80s. Currently, we live in Wildwood and Ballwin. We both had regular jobs until 2003—the same year we bought our first rehab project and became house buyers in St. Louis, MO.
I guess you could say we have real estate in our blood. Our grandfather was a home builder in the ‘50s and ‘60s, where he built a lot of homes in North county. In addition, we also have aunts and uncles involved in real estate as agents, mortgage brokers, etc. Premier Residential Properties buys houses throughout the St. Louis area and rehabs them for resale or rent. It is something to see—a house restored and brought to the 21st century.
